অর্ডার প্রসেসিং ও ডেলিভারি:

প্রতিটি পণ্য ভালোভাবে চেক করে পাঠানো হয়।
ডেলিভারি করা হয় নির্ভরযোগ্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে, ডেলিভারি সময়ের বিবরণ:
ঢাকায়: ১-৩ দিন
ঢাকার বাইরে: ২-৫ দিন
ডেলিভারি চার্জ:
ঢাকায়: ৬০ টাকা
ঢাকার বাইরে: ১২০ টাকা

ভাঙা/মিসিং প্রোডাক্ট:

ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্য চেক করুন। না হলে কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
যদি সরাসরি চেক করা সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে আনবক্সিং ভিডিও সংগ্রহ করুন।

রিটার্ন নীতি:

ভাঙা পণ্য: যদি পণ্য ভাঙা হয়, WhatsApp (+8801844991156) এ জানালে বিনামূল্যে ফেরত নেওয়া যাবে।
ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য: ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ছবি, ভিডিও ও ইনভয়েস সহ জানালে আমরা সাহায্য করব।
ভুল পণ্য/পরিমাণ: ডেলিভারির সময় জানালে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ড/রিপ্লেস করা হবে।
রঙ না মিললে: ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানালে আমরা সমাধান করে দেব।
অর্ডার ক্যানসেল: একবার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হলে ক্যানসেল করা যাবে না।
